Information on delivery
We process the order by our teams between 2 and 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays), during which time the item is packed and made available to the various postal hubs.
From then on, delivery is expected to take between 7 and 12 working days.
My Backpack Bag delivers to the following geographical areas: United Kingdom (UK).
For each order placed, you will receive a confirmation email and a second email with delivery confirmation including the tracking number for your order.
The choice of carrier and the price may vary depending on the weight, quantity, availability of the products and the amount in the basket and the country of dispatch.
Delivery times
We process the order within 2 and 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) and, subject to availability, ship it within 72 hours. In general, our packages arrive within 7 and 12 working days, but the maximum delay is 15 working days.
Some orders may be linked to multiple suppliers, the items are shipped separately.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs for an order of less than £49 are £2,90 and above this amount the shipping costs are canceled. Backpacks reserves the right to change these costs or cancel them at short notice. This change does not require prior notice to the site’s customers.
We also offer secure delivery for loss or theft for £4.90.
Customers are free to choose the method of delivery at the time of checkout.
Under no circumstances can third parties claim reimbursement of the delivery costs applicable at the time of purchase. Information on delivery costs is always displayed at the top of all pages on the website, as well as on the order confirmation.
You have 30 days to notify us that you have not received your order and if you do not complain within this period, the order will be deemed to have been delivered.
